Spring and summer menu for 2017 revealed!

We have had a great time creating the 2017 spring/summer menu here at Arley Hall & Gardens.

Chef Matt and our culinary creative team hid away for days coming up with some fun, interesting and above all, seriously delicious dishes for you to wow your guests with. 

When you receive your proposal from your event designer you will have a full list of options to choose from for the various menus but here is a sample of what you can expect for dinner.

How about a starter of

Podded pea and mint panna cotta, ham hock bonbon, borage sprouts
and Campari vine salsa with Montgomery cheddar and onion seed snaps

Or something local like

Textured salad of Cheshire Delamere dairy goats cheese peppered watermelon jellies blueberries and torched figs toasted hazelnuts and red tip chicory

For a main course you could enjoy

Butter braised loch Duart organic salmon, confit of fir tree potatoes, chilli oil
and hot salad of tiny tomatoes, beans and pak choi

Or even

Slow cooked Morphets of Cronton pork collar, golden pear cider
with a medley of sprouting elopement vegetables, heather honey and girolles

And to finish, delight your guests with

Roast garden grown strawberries, vanilla pods and heather honey panna cotta
with cherry dust and mallows

Or the beautiful

Citrus trio of lime posset, candied lemon tart and pink grapefruit curd shot
with house granola

If you are organising a conference then your delegates are in for a treat.  Whether it is a hearty sandwich to refuel, light and fresh fish or chicken dishes for brain food or fruit bowls for something extra healthy we have thought of everything.  Your event designer will take you through the options to create a full day worth of delicious food or even just ‘wake-me-up’ bites for your breakfast meeting.
